Registration Instructions

For Parents/Guardians
Each student should be registered by their own parent/guardian.

During the registration process, you will need to complete a participant waiver that includes medical and health insurance information. A parent or guardian will need to electronically sign this waiver in order for the student to participate. 

Payment: You will be charged based on the amount your church/charge expects participants to contribute. If you don't see your church listed or think there has been a mistake, please check with your group leader. 

For Adult Chaperones
Each adult participant needs to complete their own registration. 

During the registration process, you will need to complete a participant waiver that includes medical and health insurance information. Each adult will need to electronically sign this waiver in order to participate.

• Sign in or create an account 

• Scroll down and click on "Youth Programs 2023"

• Complete registration, including forms and payment options.
