Pen-Del Young People's Ministries and Pecometh are partnering to host a FREE fall event for youth groups!

Bring your youth group and see Pecometh when the weather is cool and the leaves are changing.  Gather around the campfire with other Pen-Del youth for an evening of fall camp fun - we'll enjoy dinner around the campfire (and s'mores of course!), and worship together. New activities that allow for social distancing will be offered in place of the traditional hayride.

Open to youth in grades 6-12.  Please remember that youth must be supervised by adult leaders at all times. For more information, please refer to the Safe Sanctuary Covenant.

Schedule of Events:
3:15 pm: Music and Worship Service in Dining Hall Field
4:00 pm: Meal service starts (be sure to sign up for a time slot during registration). Campfires are open for S'mores. Activities start.
6:00 pm: Departure

This year's event will look a little different as we maintain social distancing and encourage appropriate health practices:
  • Groups will need to select meal times prior to arrival to ensure adequate spacing.
  • S'more packets will be pre-prepped for each registered participant. Pecometh will ensure enough spaces to allow everyone use of the campfires.
  • Pecometh will provide spaces for Youth Groups to distance from each other. It is the responsibility of Youth Leaders to ensure social distancing within each youth group.
  • Masks must be carried for all guests age 3+ and must be worn when in close proximity with persons outside their household. At an event like the bonfire, this likely means wearing a mask for the duration of the event.
  • We are planning new activities for groups in place of the traditional hayride. Stay tuned for more information!
  • For the safety of all guests and staff, guests unwilling to follow stated rules and policies and/or requests of staff may be asked to leave at any time.
