2020 Availability Update (March)

Top ChefIt's that time of year - the weather is starting to get warmer, folks are dreaming of summer, and camp registrations really start ramping up.

With that in mind, here are a few availability "alerts":

  • Week 5 (July 12-17) is filling up quickly, especially for middle school.  Top Chef has a waitlist for girls and only 2 spots left for boys. Splashdown has a waitlist for boys and is at 50% for girls. That's Not Camp has only 1 spot for boys and 3 for girls. Even Riverside (3rd-5th grades) only has 10 spots left!
  • Splashdown (6th-8th grades) in Week 2 only has one spot for boys. Try Week 8 (August 2-7), or try River Runners (July 5-10 or 12-17) and Chester River Trek (July 19-24).
  • Our revival of Music & Drama has garnered a good bit of interest and registration is halfway booked already. If spots run out, Photography would be a good alternative for campers looking to flex their creativity.
  • Mini Camp is another popular program. For 3rd-5th grade, Session E is at 75% capacity and Session B is half full for boys. For K-2nd grade, Session D only has 5 spots left for girls, and is about half full for boys. Session A has a bit more space, as well as Session C (which is the only 3-day session available; all others are 4-day programs).
  • Day Camp and Day Camp Explorers still have space throughout the summer and Day Camp Horseback has 5 open spots. However, day camp numbers jumped by 25 registrations in the last week alone. Approaching spring break, spots fill quickly as parents finalize their kids' summer care schedules.
  • Numbers for Leaps of Faith are creeping up steadily. Try Week 6 for best availability, or check out Archer Games for a different adventure.
  • For your high schoolers, Late Night Week 7 has only 2 spots for girls and a handful more for guys. Week 4 isn't far behind, and we expect a waitlist for girls spots before summer starts. Check out Staff-in-Training and Senior High for more options.

Summer still seems far away, but camp will be here before you know it! Download the brochure or go ahead and register now to get the weeks and programs both you and your camper want.
