Re:View Confirmation Retreat Registration Instructions

Step 1) Pre-register using the form below:  

• Let us know your estimated number of students and adults
• Choose whether to register students yourself, or have parents register students
• Decide whether we should bill the church or bill students/chaperones directly - you can also have us bill the church for part and the participants for the remainder! 

Step 2) Wait for further instructions.

Rev. Megan Shitama Weston will be in touch to follow up, and to set up a registration code for your group. This code will allow all of your students and chaperones to be listed as part of your church, and will also bill all or part of the cost to the church (if you choose to do so). 

Step 3) Online Registration

We recommend having parents register their students online (and chaperones registering themselves). I'll send detailed instructions to help facilitate that process.

If you are going to register participants online yourself, please note that a Health Form & Waiver will need to be completed for each adult and student. This form will need to be signed and mailed in before registration is considered complete. (If everyone registers on their own this can be completed online and you don't have to handle any forms!)
