** All cabin groups are required to have food service provided by our food service provider, Sodexo, as there are no kitchen  facilities available to cabin groups and there is no food allowed in the cabins. Sodexho will prepare and serve meals to cabin groups in the camp Dining Hall  at the following predetermined times:  Breakfast 8 am, Lunch 12:30 pm, Dinner 5:30 pm.    All  meal service must be coordinated through the Guest Services Coordinator.
Cost of Breakfast $6.00/person, Lunch $6.75/person, Dinner $7.75/person.

DEPOSIT POLICY

A deposit representing 50% of the total estimated rental is due 30 days after reservation is made.


CANCELLATION POLICY

If your group cancels their reservation with more than six months notice, you will receive a full refund of your deposit. No portion of the deposit will be returned for cancellations received within six months or less of the reservation date. No shows will lose the entire deposit.


Cleaning Fees

As part of camp's stewardship effort, each group is responsible to clean the facilities used before departure.  Cleaning products and equipment are provided. If a facility is not cleaned upon checkout, the group will be charged a $150 cleaning fee.
